Hear! Hear! The Machine is at it again. HOLY CRAP MARIE! Calvin, you are a true Renaisance man: artist, resin caster, photographer and master builder. My 82 winner is a great kit, and I can't wait for your next work. However, keep doing the great builds. They are always interesting and inspiring... Tim

When I built mine I took it over to Indy in May hoping that Big Moe would sign it.(this was when he was driving at Indy) I waited outside the garage and eventually gave it to a crew member to take in to get it signed. He was gone about twenty minutes. When he finally came out he said that Moe G. Spent the time talking about the real car and pointing out things on the model as he did.
And yes he did sign the model

Is the a Lamborghini engine? 1990 they used a Judd engine, as far as I know in 1988 when Judd engines first appeared in F1 the engines were derivatives of Honda's F3000 engine. I don't know if the design was changed or if power/rev ranges were improved for 1990.

Very nice Completion :-) . I never have laid Hands on this Tamiya Kit so does the Monocoque come in 2 Halves ( 2 different colors in the Seam ) in this Kit?

does the Monocoque come in 2 Halves in this Kit? Yeah, its pretty easy. Just got to make sure its welded on nice and clean. Also I got a good deal on this kit a few years ago on ebay for around $35....They go for about $75 to $100 now I think.
