Hi there,
New member, long-time modeler, came over from the Randy Ayers NASCAR board. Getting tired of building stock cars, thinking it's time to get back more into the open wheel stuff. Wish there were more Indy car models available, and that they'd reissue the old 1970's Gurney Eagles.

Welcome aboard. The depth of knowledge on this board is amazing. You might be able to find an Eagle in the Marketplace.

Nice to see you find the right track...rear engined cars are where it is at! Welcome to a great group of friends and, yes, modelers.

Thanks for the welcomes. I should add that I do have a few Indy cars built, Lance Sellers' Interscope and a couple of the old AMT ones, the Bettenhausen McLaren and a Penske PC-6. Along with a few unbuilt kits in the closet. Oh, and I also have a glue-bomb version of the 1/20 turbine that needs restoration.

I'm on Randy's forum too, but I think you'll find these guys are a special bunch. Welcome.
