Patrick,I didn't want to offend you in any way... I apologize if I gave this impression... I thought that Pinto's wheels weren't available when you did this model, and in any case I just wanted to give a tip to those who make this kind of cars... Your projects are a great inspiration for me... At 100 $ I would never purchase these wheels, around 40-45 $ (actual price) is already quite high... I hope that you understood my intentions... Have a nice 2015 (full of models)!

Beppe, I value your suggestions and could not be offended. I did understand and very much value your opinions. End of subject my good friend. I'm glad you liked this project. I love the unusual racing car and very much want to get back to the De Tomaso 801, but seem stumped as to how to make the rear chassis with its concentric tubing. Check out the old WIP and give me some ideas would you?
