Some extra train stuff for sale:
9 magazines from 1956, all in very good to excellent condition, covers all intact and tight. March, April, June & July Model Railroader; May, June & July Railroad Model Craftsman; June & July Model Trains (by Model Railroader). A lot of interesting stuff, "state-of-the-art" for 1956. Fun to compare to today! One Model Railroader has an article on the beginning stages of John Allen's final "Gorre & Daphetid", one of the most famous model railroads of all-time. I'd like to sell as a lot for $25 plus shipping.
"The Golden Age of Passenger Trains" from Steam to Diesel, by C.J. Riley. Pub. 1997 by Metro Books. Nice large-format hardcover book with excellent dust jacket. 171 pages, lots of great photos, some color, of famous passenger trains. $12.00 plus shipping.
Four O/027 catalogs, 2005 K-Line 1st Edition; 2005 Mike's Train House; 2007 K-Line by Lionel; 2007 Lionel Trains. All are in exc. condition. $3.00 each or $10.00 for all 4 plus shipping.
Revell/Rapido N-gauge Alco FA-1 diesel, home-painted & decalled as #7256 Erie RR, decent job, needs a few minor touch-ups, runs, could use a cleaning and oiling. Has working knuckle couplers (Micro-Trains?). $7.50 plus shipping.
