I dont know the Model maker? But I do know its a Lotus 72D 1972 or 73

Looks like a poor attempt at a bad 1970's John Players Special Lotus...

That would be a Doyusha Lotus 72. The series also included a Tyrrell 001 and BRM P160 which were also issued by Entex. Unfortunately they are all somewhat caricature like in shape and the tires are just silly. They are about the only option in 1/24 for these cars and if you use the tires from a Marui Ferrari 312/Tyrrell 007 you can produce a passable replica.

looks like a Politoys Lotus 72 1/25, i had the BRM P160 and March 711 from Politoys .

Yes, the tires are really strange. The fronts, in 1/25, measure 18" and the rear 21"! The wheels are'nt bad but are part of the tires! the general detail isn't all that bad.
