This is the current project I am working on it's a 1/43rd Tameo Ligier Mugen Honda Js43 that won the Monaco G.P. in 1996 driven by Olivier Panis. It was a crazy race I think there was only five cars that finished if I remember right. 1. Kit contents 2. I soldered the rear wing element together. 3. Next I shaped the bargeboard I ended up braking the little tab that attaches to the back side so I soldered it back on. 4. Test fitting the parts 5.The chassis been painted per the instruction with REL 5002 that I bought from Hiroboy.com I applied a light coat of clear coat and let cure for a week now I am ready to start the decals. 5. I applied the decals to the front and rear wing this was the hardest wing I have done with four top elements 6. The rim were painted Alclad Pale Gold then the BSS decals applied I put the Good Year logos on the tires I will seal them with some flat clear to finish them off. Thanks for looking more to come soon Cheers Dave

Gooch,
You 1/43 guys are amazing! My fat hands don't coordinate well with my poor eyes. !/24 is my limit and I won't go to 1/20( where are all the 1960's cars?). Great choice of car/race( How are you going to make the HUGE French flag Olivier carried ;)LOL!
The photo etch work is great.

Thanks Guys for the kind comments I have applied the decals to the chassis I put one coat of clear on since then it's been raining everyday. The weather looks good this week and will get a few more coats on to sink in the decals.

Wonderful work on both of the cars! I've got a few Tameo kits lying around, but haven't been brave enough to work on them.
