Hey you guys! Its all your fault! ;D All that talk gave me a craving to build a Quarter Ponder of a Reynard! But I went the extra step to make sure I had the 1999 Michigan winner. So.....I did some mods to get a realistic Superspeedway Reynard I made mods to the Rear wing, Front of side pods, and the rear part of the side pods. Just like going through the driver thru, this model was Cheap ( I got a good deal on it ) and Fast. I like these Reynards! there fun and easy to build once in a while.

I added the hanford device to the rear wing, which is that flat sheet in the back. I also sanded out the two fins on the wing. I added more to front ends of the side pods, note how the bulge covers the inside part of the front suspension. Then with the rear part of the side pods, I took out two of the sections of the radiator exit, then added the flat sheet to the top, then cut off the stock side foil and added my own. Its very hard to explain but take a look at one of your 1999 Reynard's and compare those 3 places and they will make more sense.

Scale Coachworks did the decals - the only Reynard set they did but it is really nice.

I second that request, even without yellow Maybe just an outline to use as a masking guide for paint

One of the more interesting colour combinations. Also almost total abcense of associate sponsors. I heard that Tasman painted the car prior to securing the McDonald's sponsorship and the amount was not enough to keep the team going which resulted in the sale to Forsythe
