True enough! I am trying to find out what is in the rear body pod?  I assume it is the same on both sides and I don't see a oil radiator unit. Did you happen to notice in the car what these were? Patrick |

No, sorry. The first time the car was down here I couldn't get in close enough with all the clutter, and I don't think I ever saw it with all the panels removed. The second time they had the car locked away when it wasn't in the pit lane, or on track.
Possibly just an aerodynamic add on, or a provision for a brake cooling intake. There didn't appear to be anything important in there.
Edit. I went back and had a look at my photos enlarged. I can't see an oil cooler anywhere, and on the RH side shot there are oil lines going close to the pod, so the assumption is that there may be oil coolers in those pods.

Slowly...ever so slowly this car is getting done...I sent to IndyCals for some Eagle striping and used the 75 Fagle F5000 decals to get closer. I finally added the exhausts and wing end plates. Closer.  Next photos it will be done! Patrick |
