I just read that Conway broke his back. Hunter-Reay broke his thumb. A few people in the crowd had some cuts only one required stitches. Also, I read that Hunter-Reay ran out of fuel which caused Conway to run up on him.

I heard Ryan hurt his thumb earlier in the race. Didn't hear the running out of fuel theory, but it wouldn't surprise me in the least. Pretty much everybody but Conway, Wilson, Kanaan and Helio were on fumes on that last lap.

RHR got squeezed between 2 other cars on pit road, which turned the front wheels abruptly. A few laps later he went to push a button and he says his thumb bent backward.
