Hi, my name is Paul and I just joined this forum.
I have been modeling on and off for almost fifty years. My modeling interests are in race vehicles. I grew up going to the drags at Lions and Irwindale, the sprints at Ascot, and road-racing at Riverside. I also got to attend a couple of F1 races in the 70's while stationed in Germany. So my modeling follows those themes. My favorite era for race cars is from 60-79.
Some of you may recognize me from other forums, where my screen name is the same. I picked that name because I would rather use two wheels. I currently own 14 bicycles and 9 motorcycles. (Yes, the avatar is me!)
I currently follow(religiously) MotoGP and WSBK. By far the best racing (and passing) these days. Though this season of F1 is turning out to be interesting.
I know I will learn from this forum and hopefully be able to contribute something to it.
Paul

Hi SoCal from NorCal! Welcome to this excellent group. Ask questions and people will fall all over themselves to help out let alone finding ways to improve your builds!

Thanks for the welcome, guys. Patrick: Hi Nor Cal! Where-abouts in NorCal? Russ: You got that wrong, you're just up the freeway from me. ;D But I have a question. Would a fuel dragster from the 60's(or any era) qualify as an open-wheeler? After all, it is open-wheeled.
