Not sure why I can't post more than one picture to a post? Here is another picture comparing the Rick Mears 1984 March to the conversion of the Danny Sullivan 1985 March. Attachments:

Johnnylightning and Stu,
I am amazed at the work you two do making something as mediocre as the Carousel 1 cars and make works of art out of them. Truly amazing!!! Keep up the good work!
Best to you both!

old calhoun, Why do you always have to dis MY work for Carousel One? ?? As mass produced product at a specific cost and timing they have to adhere to standards that kits do not. Are there any other mass produced built Indy Models that approach their level? No. and there will not be in the future. If you don't like them fine but please don't knock my work on this site..

Alright boys - cease fire time. The conversion really looks great and all that bodywork must have taken some work! A really convincing build and if you hadn't admitted it was from a 84C, I might have missed the clues!! The build is that good ;D If you can ever post a WIP it would be very interesting to see. Also, where did you get that driver? I might need one for my 84C I thought about using a Greenlight one but if you have a better source, I'd love to hear it. Jordan

Yeah, enough with the negative waves maaan... Carousel conversions are cool and righteous. Some of the Carousels just needed a little extra TLC, that's all man. WOOF! WOOF! WOOF!... That's my other dog impersonation!
