Hey Brian!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The wheels are from South Eastern Fine Cast, they make a lace up kit for old MG kits they sell...and the front tire is from the same kit, the rears are from the old Hawk Indy Mercedes kit.
I LIKE THIS CAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Best to you
Russ

Russ, just beautiful. That is classic and a nice display. Where do you get the "bricks" for the botton of your display case and how do you get that weathered leather look for the seat?

Hey Stonecold!
The brick base is one of Etzel's Speed Classics products. I believe Bill Jorgensen is now doing it too, contact Bill. As for the seat, I just mixed testors brown leather, pactra leather and humbrol matt, brush painted it, use black water color paint and just dabbed it on, and then used my old greasy finger to wipe away excess. Simple, easy and some that I discover by mistake.
Best to you
Russ

Thanks, Russ! I never tire of seeing that one. ;D I truly hope you can get it cast because I will knock off a liquor store if need be to get one! LOL!!! (or turn to running some of that good old mountain dew over the hills, my maternal grandpa made a little bit of that stuff from time to time! LOL!!)
