you guys will be proud of me as i finally got off my butt and skipped work to go see practice and qualifying today! they've had this race here for 5 or 6 years but this is the first chance for me to go. unfortunately work keeps me from going back tomorrow but i can at least record it since we've got versus again. i'll post some pictures soon.

Is it me or is the Indycar series becoming The Roger penske screw everybody else cause we'll win all the races league? And just where are the american drivers for God's sake: Graham Rahal, Danica Patrick and Marco Andretti? 3 out of a field of 24. This series is a joke to the rest of auto racing. And just where is the equality amonst the teams huh? Same chassis, same tyres and same engines, but who has been winning the races the last 3 seasons, Ganassi and penske that's who. Not Sarah Fisher's team, nor Dale Coyne's team or anyone else's team for that matter. These teams who race just for the fun of it are getting trampled, and this series will go the way of champ car, with no competition and just 2 teams who are capable of winning. Even though i'm headed to Long beach, I go with the knowledge knowing that Will Power will win again and that is sad. Maybe an Andretti will save long beach like Michael did in 2002,oh wait, thats just wishful thinking

Watched the end of the race online (hope I don't get in trouble with work ) and Will Power was just on it. Nice to see Justin Wilson turn in a 2nd place effort with Dreyer & Reinbold Racing. Also, good to see Graham give Sarah's car a great run! Man Franchitti was cutting up the field late, too. He looked strong, especially after putting it in the wall on Friday. Jordan

The most entertaining race I've seen in a long time, and I hate street races. I agree with Jordan on his comments. And say what you will about Danica, she did a fine job. I think Tom Anderson will be good for her.

Looked like the same old street race crap to me. Only one good passing place and Johnny Rutherford leading the most laps. That " push to keep the other guy behind you" button is a bad idea. Take Care Craig

Totally disagree. There were three places to pass and it was done several times. Great fights mid pack and 8 or so passes for the lead. To me, it's not always what happens up front because great racing is great racing.
People forget that Penske dominated 1994 too and I think the others will catch up.
I love street racing where strategy and courage rein supreme. One slip and you just clipped the wall. You never know whats around the corner cause you can't see around the corner. I thought is was great racing and extreme bravery.

Nobody caught up in 1994. When you outspend and out engineer everyone else, save for perhaps Ganassi, good results will follow.

Dario was on fire,if he hadn't had that problem in the race; the results would be different. I just get tired of the same teams winning, Penske, Ganassi; what the heck is wrong with wanting someone else to win? It just isn't fair ( but really life isn't fair either ) that Penske and Ganassi can spend, spend and spend like there's no tommorow, and teams like Sarah Fisher racing, Fazzt racing with Alex Tagliani, Panther racing, Dreyer Rheinbolt racing, Luzco Dragon racing; have no chance when compared to the budgets of the gannasi and penske stables.
