WooHoo!! I'll get this extravaganza of building started. This is my rendition of the 1989 Pizza Hut Buick Lola. I used the Mac Tools Monogram kit and I have to say, I absolutely loved doing this car. The Indycals graphics really get highlighted nicely with the Tamiya T-16. As much as I have castigated the Monogram kits, this one was pretty easy to do. The rear wing is my biggest complaint. It's much smaller that the AMT kit but the big STP logo and the little MacKenzies still fit, but just barely. OK, I'm done. Who's next? We know Greg has a Provimi in the works so get crackin'. I have two more on the bench but I'll keep one of them a secret. Edit: The engine cover actually fits much better than the pictures indicate. I just didn't push it down enough before I took the pics and I'm too lazy to re-do them. I also did a copy and paste on this posting from earlier today.

That's a really good build by itself and then to think it is built from the unloved Monogram kits instead of the heralded AMT kits makes it even more impressive.
I may never understand why Monogram molded them in 1/24 but it is always nice to see them built up into a nice finished product!

Well done! I like your gearbox and tail treatment. I also notice some differences between the Lola and the March that I did not notice before.

One thing that would help is to paint inside the tub and the area under the windscreen flat black. The contrast with the yellow would make it sing!
