I just got Bill Jorgensen's 1980 Indy winner and I need some advice on the proper yellow. Also any primer color advice for the same car would be appreciated. Thanks

I will suggest the Tamiya Camel Yellow (TS-34). Its probably not an exact match but the Tamiya paints are IMHO superior to anything else. If your looking for an exact match try these guys (link is from Indycals page). ourworld.cs.com/_ht_a/mcwautofinishes/paint/racelist.htmlThey have nearly any shade of racing color you might want to get. They list a Penzoil yellow. Russ

Hi All,
I have used MCW Pennzoil Yellow. All of Dave's paints are lacquers unless otherwise specified. They come pre thinned, but I still cut them a *little* bit.

Guys, Thanks for the response, I also love Tamiya paints. I guess not being an exact match isn't a big deal as long as I paint all my Pennzoil cars the same color.
