What is the best color for painting an Aluminum Chassis to give it that realistic look?
I've tried different aluminum paints but it still looks painted on.

I've always liked good old Testors Metallic Silver spray. You can control the finished look somewhat by the thickness of your coats. It's not perfect but it's easy to find and it's been pretty consistent, at least for me.

Model Masters spray "German Metallic Silver". It's also available in the small bottles, but I have never used those.
(it may be the same color herk is talking about)

Mark, I think it's a little darker than the regular silver, I've been meaning to try a can. Guess I better add it to my next hobby shop list!
