Hello, I'm peteyd What a find! This looks to be a great site. I hope to be some sort of asset to the group.
A bit of background. I live in Canton, Ohio (Pro-Football H. O. F. land). I'm retired twice; once from teaching and second from the American Red Cross.
I build/collect three catagories of models/diecasts: 1) Indy cars, 2) Ferrari's, 3) Mustangs. Actually the Mustang collection belongs to my son. (he's gota '67 coupe. I've actually built a model of it)Our collection numbers 612; 489 of these are kits. 238 are indy related by about 20 different manufacturers, 100 are Ferrari's/ 25 mfg's., the rest are Mustangs (151/10 mfg's.) The Indy cars and Ferrari's legitimize membership. I've done an oval track Mustang too, so I guess that fits too.
Another interest are 1:1 British cars. I've owned several Healeys over the years. Presently a'71 TVR 2500 sits in the garage. The obscure British bug has afflicted me. (passed up a Gilbern and a Peerless over the years. Wished I hadn't.)
That's enough. Glad to talk to anyone. I know I've got lots of questions. Glad to be on board

Nice to have another "Buckeye" in the group. I'm up the road in Akron. You don't know Dick Kincaid do you? He's a car nut from Canton too. Welcome, lots of great guys here. Even the ones from Michigan!!
