Yes!!! That is one of the years for Vavoline cars I would like to have. Mike, I hope you do a few years like you did with the Kraco car. 88, 90 and 93 would be great!! I know I would be buying a batch in many scales.

Sense there is no AMT chevy March (that I know of) All a person would have to do is take a chevy engine out of a pc17 and throw it onto the 1988 March. Plus cover the existing pop-off valve opening and drill a new one for the chevy location.

Yes, a little work would have to be done for an 88 Valvoline March, but that's the fun. If you have a 90 Lola from Jorgensen, you don't have to worry about the Chevy engine since his kits are curbside cars, but I could have the 90 Champion along with the 500 winner! With 93 decals we could replace the crappy decals on the Minichamps 1/18 scale cars and 1/20 scale decals with a little work we could add another Lola for 93 from Tamiya.

I did the 1988 Patrick M@r1b0r0 March, which was a March Chevy combo. I'd send you the link but I'm doing this from my iPhone and can't multitask very well with it. Essentially all I did was modify the Kraco March by cutting off the winglets on the engine cover and cut a little of the engine cover so it would fit the Chevy engine and suspension from the KMart Lola. Look for it in the 1979-1995 section. The thread is titled M@r1b0r0 Reference or something like that.

I would just cut the chevy engine off from the Penske or Lola rear end and glue it onto the March rear end I think the length of the cosworth and chevy are the same.

OK, enough of the stupid phone. I'm stuffed from dinner and my battery is low on the phone. Here is the link to the thread that I mentioned a couple of posts back. I went into a quick overview of what I did to make a 1988 Chevy March. It was the first time I did a kitbash and it was kind of fun. mb2501.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=cart&action=display&thread=398&page=2

Would like to see '92 Valvoline decals to do my Indy winner. I'm going to get a set of Cady's now but would definitely buy a set or two from Indycals if they were available.
