WeFredspoke with Fred Cady on the phone this morning. We got caught up on everything from Indy Car Racing to late 1960’s Muscle Cars we both owned and drove. Fred is a great guy and he wanted me to tell all of you, yes, he has retired from doing any decals, but…..He has a some left over stock of certainn decals and at least three or five sheets of the old Indy Car, or Speedway Oval Race Cars has he had them listed on his order sheet. Fred has kept his Post Office Box address, so anything you want, it’s $5.00 for the smaller sheets and $6.00 for the larger ones. Fred’s address is…

Hey Russ,
What's the best way to do the order? Send him money assuming he'll have the sheet on hand? Just need to get off my duff to order a last few sheets from him.
(sorry Mike, you don't offer these sheets)

Fred said....just get the decal sheet number, better have a back up that you want as well...(He maybe out of a few sheets.) If it is one of his larger sheets, he cost is $6.00, the regular sheets are only $5.00.
Fred's decals are great...but for my money, Micheal at Indycals are better! You don't have to lay down the different colors like you do with Fred's, but, if you're off regester with Fred's Sheets, it's all your own fault!

It would be kinda hard to pick enough back ups? |

Hey Guy!
I know for a fact that Fred still has the Carling & Sugaripe Special decals....both are $6.00 each. Go for it, I'd love to see someone do either car on the forum.

the '74 carling car is #172 and the '73-'74 sugaripe car is #558.

ps fyi the smokey yunick #30 '73 eagle / '74 miller highlife #56 car is #174 and still ? available as i purchased one a few months ago along with a lot of others from fred.

I just sent him a huge want list with an SASE. I hope I don't bump anyone from getting a sheet or two. I had a bunch of non-indy stuff, too.
