It would be nice if they could get bought like Braun did with Honda. I admit that Kobe's been fun to watch recently - even in my limited viewing of F1 this year.
But ultimately Toyota's F1 program was dreadful - like their CART program the first four years. It's hard to believe they struggle so much at times.... 8 years in F1 and what have they earned? ZERO wins, 3 fastest laps (avg 1 every 3rd year), and only 18 podiums (avg 2 per year). For a factory team from a huge manufacturer this has to be an unqualified failure in every sense of the term.

When Toyota can't win, they leave. That has been their record in the past. When Honda left, you had to know that Toyota would either win in 09 or leave. The Japanese mfgrs have the same plan for all motorsports, dump massive amounts of money into a series and then if it dosen't work out, leave and let somebody else deal with the fallout.
