please tell me someone what was the #63 eagle aircraft car never seen it before did it ever run in a race weirdest thing ive ever seen since yunicks side car thanks ken

This was a chevy powered car driven by Ken Hamilton at Indy in 1982 . As I recall , it spun once, maybe twice in practice and was parked. Its practice speeds were nowhere close to qualifying. I can find no reference to it being ran anywhere else. This car has been restored but I do not know who owns it. Lance

That Eagle Aircraft car would be one cool and very difficult scratch building project.... maybe someday - lol - after a few hundred other projects! Thanks so much for sharing the pics Lance - these will certainly come in handy along the way ;D

Lance I am watching Bump Day 1995 on YouTube and they just mentioned this car - Hemelgarn owned the car in '95 and was going to restore it. How ironic! Jordan
