Hi all,
I've managed to pick up a few examples of Mr Tamiya's Lola T93/00, both road course and speedway versions, amongst the decal stash I have Indycal's sheet for Nelson Piquet Menards Lola T93/00 the picture posted by Michael on the Indycals website appear to show the car with a very bright almost flourescent orange red colour, but the pics I find on Google don't seem to be as bright, does anyone have any recommendations for a model paint colour to match.
BTW has anyone else noticed that the decals in the Dick Simon Duracell Lola kit deteriorate really badly, 2 of the 3 kits I've picked up have decals that are totally trashed, although thanks to Indycals I have a few alternative schemes in the decal stash so it's not a problem.

Menards cars were usually fluorescent and I have always thought this one was fluo red.

It’s important to understand that, during this pre digital photo era, there was only one film, Fuji slide, that accurately depicted the true colors. This was especially true on the Menards and Penske M@r1b0r0 schemes. Regarding this request, all the Menards were Fluorescent or dayglo, however you describe them. Best wishes on your project.

Piquet's car was definitely dayglo red. My recommendation is Mr Color Fluorescent Red (semi gloss) over a white base.

Yes... and M@r1b0r0 cars. Much more consistent than TS36 and doesn't darken over time nearly as bad.
