Where is the Best place to get Carbon Fiber?

What is the best place or Brand for Carbon Fiber decals?
for 1/20 to 1/25

For older cars I'd recommend #1000 and for newer stuff I'd recommend #1500 - that's the best stuff they have. Plenty of C/F decals out there though

How glossy are the decals? The reason I ask is that some carbon is pretty flat looking. For example look here at a pick of the cockpit of Kevin Cogan's cockpit from his 86 March:

The car looks like its still in the era where it was part carbon part aluminum. I'm guessing #1200 would be the best match of this cockpit.
