Great looking build, I agree I love the old liveries… Thank you very much!! The great liveries of these cars are the main reason I love knocking these old kits together.

I like it. Love this era, too, it is one of my favorites.
Great these kits are still very reasonably priced and well engineered to make building them fun.

Well done, Kyle. Some of these color schemes are just terrific. You know at a glance who the sponsor is along with identifying the driver. Like your attention to detail and the different metallic colors on the engine and suspension. Thanks for sharing. Jim

Great looking build! Though I'm no Rahal fan either, I always liked the Kraco livery. As I recall, there was a very short lived TV show, or maybe just a pilot that centered on the team that ran this car. They changed the decals slightly so it was sponsored by "Kraeo", and "Other Pops", but it was better than "Driven. For trivia buffs, this was the last car to score a victory powered by the venerable Cosworth DFX, at the Meadowlands that year.

I didn’t know about the tv show. And interesting that this car delivered the DFX last victory. Pretty cool.

The show was called "Checkered Flag", from 1990. You can find it online, though I'm pretty sure it's bad. I thought it was terrible then, and I was a stupid teenager. The car owner was played by Pernell "Trapper John" Roberts and was it partially/co-directed by John Glen, he of the James Bond franchise.
