I have tried several ways to paint the seat snaps/fastners on some of the kits of older cars. I have tried fine brushes and fine tip markers which work well sometimes. They are a pain if I mess up and have to try to take the paint off. Q-tips are good for that. I have recently been using the end of a round, fine pointed toothpick. I can test it to see how much paint is on it and how big the "drop" is. I find it easier to hold steady given my old 83-year-old hands. I also sometimes lay the model on its side so I can get a better approach. Good luck! Jim

I do a lot of detail painting with toothpicks. Or the pointy end of a safety pin works too if you rub it with some fine sandpaper first.
