Congratulations, A win is a win no matter what. Plus your Go Kart looks amazing. My son is a little close to you. He is stationed on the USS Nimitz, Bremeton I also have cousins that live in Seattle and An Aunt that is in Spokane. Thank you. It felt good to have good pace and make lots of passes.

Congratulations Calvin! First of many trophies no doubt. So will you be stepping up to F-3 next or skip all that and go directly to F-1 for 2025?

Congratulations Calvin! First of many trophies no doubt. So will you be stepping up to F-3 next or skip all that and go directly to F-1 for 2025? Duane Thank you! I hope to get a few more, but there's some extremely fast kids coming up through the ranks next season and I will have my hands full. Lol 😂 Lol I unfortunately dont have the money to buy a ride in F3 or F1 But I'm content on staying in karting as it's the cheapest form of racing and the purest and most accessible with lots of track time and many tracks in the northwest

In other news, I was wanting to run the winter series at a track south of Seattle but logistically that would be a nightmare to travel 5 hours away and over a dangerous mountain pass. Plus the expense of getting over there and spending a night for 4 times from December to March
But Im excited to share my 2025 Karting plans with everyone. Potentially big things are going to happen, I'm currently in talks right now with a kart dealer.

That is awesome!! Congrats!! What a fantastic way to end the race season. And what a lovely trophy!! Lol Yes, the trophy is the most unique one I've ever received. What made it great was that I was able to fix it how I liked it. I marinated it and smoked it, and it tasted like victory! I think the neatest thing was after the win, everyone was legitimately excited for me and being able to celebrate after the race was very cool!

The Classic Racing Resins Special was back on track last Sunday on a very cold wet practice day at SKRA. My first time driving on rain tires in 22 years. It felt great, I love driving in the rain and using the curbs as a handrail.

Nice use of the curbs Calvin! Ignorant question. Are you driving a 1 speed kart or do you have a multi speed shifter kart?

Nice use of the curbs Calvin! Ignorant question. Are you driving a 1 speed kart or do you have a multi speed shifter kart? Paul Erlendson 1 speed It's a Briggs & stratton LO206 engine. 95% of the club uses this engine as it's affordable, easy to work on, and a sealed engine block. At the moment no one at our club drives a shifter kart, mainly because of the outrageous cost and lack of competition.
