Hello all, I just finished  this fantastic kit by Juanjo. I found it super easy and quit fast too build. I really appreciated the one piece front suspension, engine and tub assemblies. 
I used MCW paint for the first time, worked great. Molotow chrome on suspension and wheels for that Penske finish. I replaced the heat shield on the tail with a piece of aluminum cut from a pop can. I made the heat blanket on top of the engine from a piece of tin foil pressed over a coarse wood file.
Thank you to Juanjo for producing such a nice kit. I look forward to the next dozen releases!

Beautiful build!

I am not an advocate for smoking but the foil inside a cigarette pack is already textured. A friend of mine that smokes always saves me his foil. Still, very ingenious way to recreate it and it probably doesn't smell like tobacco.
