Rehab 2024

I am about to start Cardiac rehab this week. I have been doing well getting my strength back a little at at time. Looking forward to driving again hopfully I can get the good to go in a couple of weeks. Certainly my wife would be happy not taking me for a ride daily. I feel like the family pet. I certainly respect the things I took for granite previously, it relly makes you appreciate things more.

Good to hear you're doing better Kevin! Listen when you're driving in the car with your wife, don't hang your head out the window! LOL! Keeping you both in our prayers.

If your rehab is anything like mine 10 years ago it was pretty much like going to the gym. That was rather enjoyable. Hopefully you have a similar experience.
