My love and hate relationship continue with bare metal foil. Pretty happy with it this time. Just a real bear to use. I am still working on the prototype, but it is coming along quickly. I should have some more complete work by the end of the week.    That looks beautiful Kevin.
You might experiment with aluminum duct tape. It used to be way too thick but like everything else it's getting thinner and thinner. I used it for heat shields on a Renault, didn't turn out too bad at all. (at least in 1/12th scale)

I bought some aluminum foil from a dollar store that's ridiculously thin. It looks great but it's hard to work with. The brand name was "Good Brand". Lol. Anyhoo, the build is looking sweet.
