I know other countries celebrate Thanksgiving(s) Day at different times, not trying to Americanify everyone That said....
Personally, I wanted to take the time to thank everyone here. This is my favorite place to go on the web. Whether you have been here a long time or short, you are part of what makes this place great. I look forward to interacting with you all in the coming years. I hope we can also reflect positively on members we lost too soon and the joy they brought to our lives during their time with us. To the lurkers, you are always welcome here, and I hope you do join to start posting. We would love to have you posting your passion for our favorite hobby and motorsports here with us members.
I know the holidays can be a difficult time so I hope you feel the love and friendship of this board. Know you are valued whatever your contribution and my truest desire is for you all to have a very happy holidays to end 2023.
I also look forward fondly to 2024 to see what our community will do. There is clearly a lot to be thankful for as we look forward here at our board. We have a supremely talented group of creators with truly awesome products that keep feeding our passions. When you have a chance, thank them for their hard work. Though arguably underpaid, they are not out here asking for handouts. Yet, they still produce professional grade products at very reasonable costs while fighting back inflation on materials. We have our first new IndyCar plastic molded kit in almost 25 years. We have prolific builders with passion and talent. We have contributors whose knowledge of subjects and ability to research still astounds me.
So, thank you all for your contributions. Our forum has now over 104k posts, so make sure you use the search feature. There is a lot already posted here and I am thankful there is a lot more to come.
Happy Thanksgiving to all. I wish the happiest of holidays, the merriest of Christmases (or whatever you do celebrate), and the happiest of New Years.
I hope you all find things to be thankful for this holiday season. I am thankful for you.
God bless and all the best,
Jordan
