I just got back from a week long vacation I have a weeks worth of orders and a dead printer. I will probably have to buy a new one, but I don't need more orders piling up right now. I will be on the phone first thing in the morning trying to sort things out. If you have a pending order it will be further delayed but will be at the head of the queue when things resume.

So, worst case scenario if I can't get it fixed I have a new printer lined up to purchase, in stock in Florida. I'm working with my sales company to start processing that order so that I just have to give them the word to process payment and ship it off to me.

We are just waiting on a part to be overnight shipped - printer should be repaired tomorrow along with some long overdue Preventive Maintenance and I should be up and running this weekend - but keep in mind my backlog of orders is nearly two weeks deep so it will take a few days to catch up.
