I'm working on Kevin's 77 Foyt winner and wondering if there is an easy way to apply the transparent skirt that goes on the bottom edge of the sidepod. I'm tempted to leave it off rather than make a mess trying to apply it. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks

I CA glued mine on back in the day lol 😆 probably not the suggestion you wanted 😅
Honestly there's really no other easy way unless you want to painstakingly drill out and push in brass pins and pin it to the side, but that would still require super glue or CA glue.

I will be attaching mine like the real one. I'm going to 3D print some 'rivets' and just use my wheel punch to poke the holes in the plexi and insert the rivets.

The easiest way that I found to attach the clear plastic skirts, is to gently bend each side to the contour of the body. When you are happy with the fit, you can use clear CRAFT glue. I then applied decal rivets to finish. You can also drill small rivet holes with a micro drill bit. Thats the easiest way I have found to do this. Remember to handle the body gently after application. The CRAFT glue is only so strong but will be invisible.
