Calling all 3D printer guys!

Gentlemen:
I am working on 3 PreWar Indy cars…I am using the Southeast Finecast wheels…my only concern is a rim on the outside and inside of the wheel.
As done…

With a poorly cut rim, but still much better IMHO…


So my question is: Is it difficult or expensive to 3D print several of these approximately 17mm inside diameter…19mm outside diameter…(.5mm thick?) I would gladly pay and I need at least 24…
Any takers? Thanks in advance!

It would be simple to cast them.

Kind of old school, but maybe sheet plastic, compass with two points, scribe two concentric circles from a common center point and snap them apart. A little edge clean up and....
