Got this kit for next to nothing. My first Moebius kit. Thought it was a pretty car and with a tri-power 421 to top it off.
My wife had picked out a green the last time we went to the hobby shop and wanted me to paint something with it. This seemed like the perfect vessel. This kit also became a test mule for my first ever airbrushed parts and my first ever attempt at Bare Metal Foil. Good fun.
Details are excellent throughout the kit. Decals were atrocious and if I get another Moebius kit I'll scan the decals first for safety. This isn't even that old of a kit. Fit is extremely tight. Could be compromised by a single coat of paint. Much test fitting and scraping and hand drilling was in my future.
Went with a stock style 3 tone interior and I wired the ignition wires of the excellent kit engine. Also used some individual chrome air cleaners rather than the big disc to cover up less of the engine.
All in all a nice kit and a fun build. On to whatever is next. Mercedes 540k maybe or March 86C. Who knows.
