I had very few racing heroes in the past 47 years of following Motorsport.
Many I liked but very few heroes.
Patrick was one of them.
Did not just admire him for what he did,
which was all too easy for a young teen falling in love with this sport,
but very much for what he was.
Many described him as a true Gentleman.
For the sake of not listing a long run of adjectives, I will simply agree.
Rest in peace Patrick.
