;D nice... but couldn't you brighten up the paint - lol jk
So, that looks like you did a bunch of modding to it - care to explain or post progress pic!? It really is done very well!

well i started with a 1995 minichamps road course chassis lola of paul tracy.... i got it for 10 bucks at a garage sale and had no rear wing. back to point this model was 4 months in the making and i had to start with a 03 tracy action front wing. i spot welded it into place and used bondo the make it fit flush with the nose cone and under trey. the hump was a pain in my butt because like with all menard humps it takes weeks to get it to build up the putty and the mark it off and sand it down to the proper size. once that was all done i used a tamiya primer and used tamiya a policarbonet Florissant yellow and they good old tamiya ts-36 florescent red for the side pods. i had to go back and fix the rear wing because i wanted this car to be as close to 100% as i could get. i used .5mm styrene sheets and supered them together to get the thickness i wanted.... the driver figure was made straight out of boredom at work so i painted it at home and worked on it at lunch for a few days.... i really love these cars and ill post pics of my 95 pole car soon... working on the driver figure.... thanks again guys... so much nicer here that other places!

Tell you a story about this deal. I was Arie's tire guy in 1996. He and Scott were about a mile apart on the track at the time of Scott's accident. When the yellow came out, Arie came in with the biggest cut in a tire I ever saw. Whatever Scott hit, Arie hit it too. An awful day and in a way, Scott saved Arie.

Indycar racing lost a great man that day in Scott Brayton. Although we never won a race (To my Knowledge) he was a great racer and we needed him in Indycar. He would have won and would have been Champion no doubt. I was really impressed with him with how he ran his own team. He is truely missed.
