So I have spent a chaotic 45 minutes trying to log on to the forum only to be "helped" by automatic re-directs thanks to ProBoards. I have had no problem logging in for years but for some reason today was a total cluster thanks to ProBoards. It told me that my user name did not match my password, so I then created a new password only to be told that there still was no match. I then tried to enter both user name teegeefla and password only to be told that my username was already in existence and that my entires once again were denied.
I tried again using the ProBoards help prompts and still my login was rejected. I finally decided to start from square one and created a new member name as teegeefla2 with a new password and that went through successfully...and then I saw that my original login as teegeefla had gone through as well.
So I thought that I would then look for an administrator or moderator here on the board to 1) try to determine what had been going wrong and 2) ask that this second account, teegeefla2 be removed. But I could not find anything under home or help to accomplish any of this. But I was once again offered a re-direct to ProBoards...
Now I admit this could have been user error(s) but it was extremely frustrating. So I ask the administrator or moderator to please let me know if there is a way to contact them with an issue, and PLEASE delete my teegeefla2 account.
Thanks.

I recently helped one of the guys with a similar problem, we found that the two accounts had different IP addresses ? one wasnt his I guess and wouldnt allow the login because it didnt recognize his PC and once he checked it against his actual IP address and started using that Login he had no problems. It was weird but it got fixed. I dont know if that will help you but check them ..

Thanks Chris. I will check my IP address for a conflict. We recently installed a new server and that may be the culprit. Will you be able to terminate that new teegeefla2 user account? Or steer me in the direction of how to do it?
