I recently picked up a Revival Auto Union Type C kit that had been started:  While going through the kit, I discovered that 2 parts are missing. The parts are the links for the rear suspension. If anyone has an Auto Union kit, can I get a measurement of the overall length and maybe a pic of the parts? If I have that, I think I can maybe scratch build the links. This is the part missing:  |

Hey Mark - My kit is still sealed in the plastic blister, so measurements are as close as I could get. Center to center is .315, diameter of round ends is .200, top end is a thru hole the lower is blind. There is some detail on the other side of the blind hole, I'll try to get you a pic later.

No problem! By sheer coincidence I talked to a guy at yesterday's swap meet who just finished that kit. He told me to be sure and lower the height of the two distributors or the rear bodywork will not fit. He didn't say how much, tho.

That's great, thanks! I just finished an Alfa Romeo (1932) by Revival. What a piece of crap! Nothing fit right and the instructions suck. I started my Auto Union about 10 years ago and a piece broke. I finally got hold of Revival about 4 or 5 years ago and got them to replace the part, but I somehow lost the instructions (such as they are). They never responded to my emails asking them to email the instructions to me. It makes me embarrassed to be Italian! LOL.
