Now that I have figured out the photo system here's some projects. I used to have 3 photos here, but don't know what they were! Here's the MS11 Matra... I'm getting back to finish the MS11 soon as the blasted Lotus is finished.

These are all Heller's 1/24 Matra MS5 F2 kit. The #2 car is what the kit builds into...a nice little kit.

After mucho time I've modified the front ride height, worked on the fuel injection lines, had the rear suspension done and taken apart, and destroyed the great decals with my greasy fingers! I also had the exhaust on and now taken off! A difficult fit for all of the parts. ...more baby steps! Patrick

I really like those old Elf cars. I believe I saw one coming out of my Kiebler Tree in town last week (yes driven by a little elf).
Seriously, nice work, I love the details. Do you know who currently has these Heller kits for sale?
Please keep the pictures coming, this is a neat thread!

EvilBay is the only source besides an occasional swap meet. I am trying to get back to the models, but haven't had the time (yup...lesson plans!!).

30 years ago I gave a nick-name to my son...Jean-Pierre. Maybe it was related to Beltoise? and nearly done...just need the mirrors still... as for the nick-name...no he was named after Jean-Pierre SARTI! But this car makes up the Matra collection of a MS-5, MS-9, MS-10, and, now the MS-11. I'm working on collecting the parts for a MS-7 F2 car. I'd like one of Pinto's MS-80s. Patrick

Thanks Calvin. What makes this car are the great tires that Trevor sent to me. I don't know where they came from, but they are perfect! Hey, Trevor I'm thinking on doing a BRM P139 and will need another set. Hint.
