Lance.
Have been distracted with other projects, so much so, that my Indy 1979 slot car project has stalled.
Two to do on my list. The 1979 Interscope Parnelli being one.
Thoughts of the 1978 Brands car all the more so given the sad news of late regarding Danny Ongais.
The 1978 set up looks great.
Now I just want to be clear on something here if you could elaborate. These are one off projects for yourself or something to be made available as a kit/trans kit?

I’m very excited to see you back working on the Parnelli. I look forward to displaying a Interscope Parnelli next to mr Interscope Batmobile.

It does not look like it but there has actually been a lot of progress, only took four attempts to get the side radiators right. Next will be the later model radiators, cockpit / engine cowling and rear wings.

Wow, I know cars of that era weren't the aerodynamic marvels they looked like, but what sexy beasts they were!

Got a saying in the UK.
'Wait ages for a bus then three turn up at once'.
Big hole in the pocket coming.
Kevin cooking up a 1977 Coyote.
And now Lance distilling something special that can be blended into a variety of flavours.
Will we see the Wildcat resurrected by The Model Car channel?
I am just looking back at what I do not know too much about and given my limited knowledge, you chaps can correct me of course. Well into the cars from 1978 and 1979 but just trying to fill up my 'mind palace'. Well, its more like a mud hut......
Parnelli ran the following VPJ6s?
A 1976 Unser Offenhauser powered car, a 1977 Ongais and Unser Cosworth, a 1978 Ongais and Unser Cosworth, a 1979 Ongais and Foyt (and Tim Richmond?) Parnelli Cosworth? Did it run in 1980?
If the counting has started I will deffo want to be put on the list for a 1978 Ongais. And then a 1979 Ongais if it is on.
This is gonna hurt. But I think I can take it.

Last 2 races in 1978 AJ teamed up with Vels & Parnelli, before he bought one. 1980 Foyt and Richmond ran Parnelli's. Richmonds was qualified by Snider. AJ also practiced with a 4 cam Foyt engine in a Parnelli,#16 in 1980
