This is from 1983, it is a 81 or 82 Eagle powered by a v6 Chevy with Greg Lefler driving. The #83 team car had a V8 Chevy and was assigned to Bill Vukovich, neither car qualified. No connection to the Batmobile which became the Rattlesnake and driven by Mike Chandler in 1983.
