I am downsizng some duplicates from my collection. This is Lance Sellers excellent model of the 1981 Penske PC9B. It can be built as Bobby Unser's #3 Norton Spirit Indy winner or Rick Mears' #6 Gould Charge with decals from IndyCals. Mears decals are included.
