We will be relocating our world headquarters and production facilities at the end of the month (ie we're moving into a new house). This will not have a big impact on normal order fulfillment - not anymore than when we head out to a race for a weekend - but it will mean that I will be more overwhelmed than usual and may not be as responsive as normal for things not order-critical. (some would say I'm not very responsive now, LOL). But the important thing is my production/storage space will at least double, which should help me to operate more efficiently and allow for future expansion of services/products down the road (I was really hesitant to add the neon printer because of space concerns as it was). My printers will even have their own room which will allow me to more readily maintain proper humidity levels which is critical for print quality. The downside... I have nearly 5000 pre-printed #10 envelopes with a soon to be outdated return address (we're moving about 12 miles away and thus I won't keep my current PO box).

Good luck with the move, Michael! Moving is never much fun! Maybe some cheap stickers to update your envelopes?

Wow! Busy times.
(Printers will even have their own room. . . ) What posters will go on their walls? Maybe that old Farrah Fawcett one? Gotta have a 500 poster or two.
🤣🤣🤣

Are you at least moving 12 miles closer to Indy or the airport which gets you to Indy? LOL JK
All the best on the move. Glad to see MP2's global HQ getting an upgrade. All the best on what the future holds for IndyCals' various business interests.

We really wanted to stay where we're at now - in which case I wouldn't have to change my PO Box,, but this was too good to pass up.

Glad to see MP2's global HQ getting an upgrade. Here is a sneak peek at the new World HQ of MP2.... I think Zak Brown influenced him and Im sure after he sales a bunch of new Neon sheets, this will be the new HQ in downtown Denver in 2025

Naw, by 2025 they'll be on the top floor here. It's only open a few months a year, but it's got a great view.

So for now I'm going to keep my current PO Box - it pretty much only receives orders returned for bad addresses and if I only check it once a week there will still be times there's nothing there, and it's just not worth the extra time of labelling approximately 4000-5000 pre-printed envelopes. We officially relocate next week!

Yeah, that showing was pretty FUBAR (for those who didn't see it, I posted about a real estate agent letting herself and clients in 20 minutes before their scheduled showing time - and then a second mystery couple appeared). But all is good - we had another showing today - a virtual showing where the agent showed up and showed the house to his out of state clients on FaceTime and as the agent was leaving he said "we want to make sure you have every reason to take this house off the market today"... and they did, so now our current house is officially under contract.
Oh... and in another showing yesterday - where I happened to be wearing my IMS camping shirt - the agent had just flown in from Indy to show our house, and was a big Indy fan. She said her dad used to get pace cars every year - she said his name but I didn't recognize it. I think they also put in an offer on the house, but it was after (and less than) the one we accepted.
