Not that exact system but I did do photo etch for about a year 10 years or so ago. It's expensive, time consuming and VERY messy, but can produce some fantastic results if your art and negatives are good. The Ferric Chloride etching solution is basically liquid rust - anything it gets on it will stain bigtime.
