Hello, I have a 1/43 Tameo March 88C Valvoline Unser, Jr 1988 white metal kit that I am starting work on. What is the best way to clean up the grainy surface on the white metal body parts etc...? I have tried filling imperfections with Bondo red spot putty but it does'nt seem to stick to the metal. Anyone built any of these kits before? Any advice and suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thanks, John

Multiple coats of primer and sand, sand, sand! A scratch-filling primer works best.

Thanks Brian. Sounds like a plan to me. Please keep checking back because I will have many more questions.
