Any luck contacting Revival International?

I've started work on an old Revival 1/20 Alfa Romeo P3, and I've discovered a QA issue.  My kit has come with 2x bag #7 and no bag #8. Unfortunately, that means the kit is missing the parts that attach the wheels!  I've tried to contact Revival to ask about purchasing replacement parts via their website and Facebook page with no success (I've sent multiple messages in English and Italian over the past couple of weeks with no response).  Has anyone had any recent luck contacting them?  Or are there any other suggested routes to try?  Thanks in advance!

I haven’t had any dealings with Revival International in a number of years since I purchased some extra parts for my Ferrari 158. I had no problem at that time, but with Covid who knows.
