New guy here!

Hi guys. Just been lurking this forum the past couple days. I built models for years growing up but oddly, never any open wheel ones. Got back into the hobby the last year or two and immediately have dove into only open wheel models and just stumbled across this forum. Have spent the past few days drooling over old builds on this site. Decided to join. I’m basically a beginner and still mostly just building box stock but I’m hoping to find some inspiration Here to maybe elevate some of my future builds, or to at least enjoy the hard work you guys are putting in. I just finished the Tamiya RA272 this morning and on my bench now are the Braun Tyrrell 020 and the Revell B194. Probably move from those into some CART/old Indy kits I just scored off eBay. So there’s the life story, glad to be here!

Thanks! So far I’ve completed 3 open wheel models after about an 11 year gap and it’s been a much more enjoyable hobby as a 29-30 year old. I’ve already greatly enjoyed lurking around this forum since I found it a few days ago.
