Ok, Lance sent me 2 of the revised windshields. I hate vac windshields.... It took me all 3 windshields to get it right. I ended up having to cut off a bit of the last one as I screwed it up too. I ended up drilling .036 holes through the windshield and body. I then used .035 plastic rod to mount the windshield. The end result is acceptable:   And the finished car:  A few observations... Michael printing the "gold ring" decals on a black background is BRILLIANT! Another great product from Indycals. Lance has made another great kit. Beautifully molded and fairly easy to build. I would like to ask the various kit makers to include 2 vac windshields with a kit. Please... |
