So, let the discussion begin. Will Sato’s win today in a Honda powered Panasonic sponsored 2020 Indycar be enough impetus for Tamiya or one of the other Japanese model companies to do a kit?

Kinda expect to see a limited run on a 1/43rd Die cast like last time he won.

Sato's car is going to be a nightmare to paint. Especially with metallic blue around the windscreen.

Sad to see the Chevys never seemed to be in the ballpark, except maybe Renus around the beginning. Was not sure anyone had an answer for Dixie. Saying is impressive at Indy. He was really close to winning in 2012 and now is the first repeat 500 winner in the DW12 era. He really earned his two wins also, much respect.

I noticed that Hobby Link Japan already had a preorder up for the Greenlight 1/18 scale Sato diecast. Maybe that shows the interest in Japan for models of this car?
