A couple nights ago, I completed my version of the Audi R8 Laurens Vanthoor, Rene Rast, and Markus Winkelrock drove in the 2015 Spa 24-Hour race. Pundits predicted Audi to dominate the 2015 enduro at the famed Spa-Francorchamps race course, with the trio of Vanthoor, Rast, and Winkelrock favored to win the race outright. Unfortunately for Audi, races have to be run, and the results weren't in their favor. BMW won the race, with Audi finishing second and third. This particular car ran into trouble, as Vanthoor went off the rainy, slick course, badly damaging the car. However, the car was able to return to action and finished-albeit 28 laps behind the winner.
This is the NuNu kit, and it is a good one. The car fit well, there were a few fit slight issues with the glass, but I trimmed it ever so slightly and the pieces fit perfectly. The car is completely box stock and is painted Tamiya bright red. Thanks for looking!
